Ordering and Payments
Your order is confirmed immediately after successful payment (for digital payments). For COD (Cash on Delivery), confirmation happens when our team calls and verifies your order details.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Digital Wallets (Khalti, eSewa, etc.), and Bank Transfers.
Delivery Logistics and Risk
Delivery times are typically: Inside Kathmandu: 1 to 3 working days. Outside Kathmandu: 3 to 7 working days.
Please check the package immediately for any physical damage before accepting it from the delivery person.
Returns and Warranty
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (as per the Consumer Protection Act).
No. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened (seal intact), and in original condition.
The warranty is provided either by the product Manufacturer or the Local Distributor, as detailed on the specific product page.
